Forty years after the creation of the first Sanct Valentin wines, selected single-varietal wines from St. Michael-Eppan’s renowned range continue to evolve gracefully in the cellar for decades.

To showcase their remarkable ageing potential, we make a limited number of bottles from the Winery’s reserves available in small quantities. Each wine, aged for at least 10 years, is uncorked and carefully assessed. Only those meeting the highest quality standards are recorked and marked with the TWC seal and plaque, dated and signed by our winemaker.
