The Wine Collection embodies the passion and tradition of St. Michael-Eppan, bringing together a selection of precious, long-lived wines.

A selection of historic Sanct Valentin vintages with at least 10 years of bottle ageing, personally tasted, selected and recorked by our winemaker.

Our winemaker Jakob Gasser brings all his expertise to the Sanct Valentin wines. Selecting only the finest grapes from St. Michael-Eppan’s vineyards, he creates elegant, complex wines characterised by their distinctive minerality, refined aromas and exceptional ageing potential.

The evening downdrafts from the Mendola Massif shape the unique character of our terroir. They bring cool nights that allow the grapes to develop their distinctive qualities, preserving the wines’ aromas, unmistakable freshness and longevity. This downdraft – the “Fallwind” – sweeps through our vineyards every day, positively influencing the microclimate and supporting the valuable work of our winegrowers.

These typical South Tyrolean white and red wines are traditionally vinified and reflect the distinctive character of our microclimate and vineyard sites. Following careful hand-harvesting, the grapes are vinified mainly in stainless steel tanks, with the exception of the red wines. Varietal character, pure aromas and effortless drinking pleasure are the hallmarks of these wines. Authentic and genuine, they offer outstanding value for money.
