Klaus Pardatscher has been President of the Winery since 2019, a complex role that requires rare and often contrasting qualities. He combines the ability to listen with strong leadership, valuing the advice of others while standing by his own ideas when necessary, always respecting the differences among the members. He succeeds in creating cohesion around shared ideals, thanks to his profound knowledge of the wine sector, developed from an early age as a passionate winegrower and agronomist.
The Managing Director
Günther Neumair, CEO and Export Manager, has played a key role in developing St. Michael-Eppan Winery’s sales network into what it is today, bringing the uncompromising quality of some of South Tyrol’s finest wines to more than 50 countries worldwide. As CEO, he leads a team of dedicated and highly skilled employees. His experience, perseverance and remarkable understanding of the international wine market have been – and continue to be – key factors in the extraordinary success of one of South Tyrol’s most highly acclaimed wineries.
The Winemaker
Jakob Gasser combines profound technical expertise with visionary ideas.
After earning a double degree from the renowned universities of Geisenheim and Udine, he joined the Winery as an intern in 2017 and began working closely with Hans Terzer in 2019. His philosophy is rooted in a deep respect for nature and a strong connection to the terroir.
With fresh energy and a clear focus on sustainability, he continues the success story of St. Michael-Eppan, always in harmony with its origins and traditions. In this way, Jakob Gasser combines innovation, craftsmanship and respect for nature to actively shape the future of the Winery.
